Delivery Policy

Your jewellery is supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail standard or Royal Mail recorded delivery (requires a signature at destination.) where appropriate.

All of our jewellery is individually presented in gift boxes or gift bags and is securely packaged.

UK Postage and Packaging Costs are free.

We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 3-5 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not to wait.

Once we despatch your order, we will inform you with the identifier recorded delivery number wher appropriate which can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit.
